Homeboyz tastes the arrow and rice

It was a tough fixture weekend where SC Maseno Homeboyz was facing Black Arrows and Al-Iman FC.

Black Arrows - the newbies in the league were resilient but a strike from Leonard Wamukoya ensured Homeboyz took all the three points.

Al-Iman came into the new season with renewed efforts and looked sharp. The defence and goal-keeping department was on toes and quick to act, making several saves, including a penalty. Lewis Wanjala struck home the winning goal to give credit to SC Maseno Homeboyz.

Focus shifts to the weekend as preparations are underway as we face the speed boys - Transmilan FC and another recently elevated club - Maseno City.
